Momentwm is National Youth Arts Wales' free 18-week dance development programme with weekly two-hour sessions led by professional dance artists in Gwynedd, Conwy and Anglesey for young people aged 12 to 22.

Participants train in dance technique across a range of styles, explore choreography and creativity, build performance skills and stage presence, and work collaboratively with other young dancers, guided by professional dance artists.
