A two-year work experience and mentoring programme for Year 12 state school students interested in commercial law, with a week of activity at Norton Rose Fulbright in October half term, virtual mentoring in Year 13 and a graduation in July. The 2027 intake had not been announced when checked.

Participants shadow fee-earning and business services teams, visit a client, take a mock assessment centre, receive specialist training from in-house teams and join a mentoring programme with trainees and clients, then attend a graduation day at the London office. Each student is gifted a laptop.
