A Government of Maharashtra merit scholarship of Rs 300 a month for Vimukta Jati, Nomadic Tribes and Special Backward Class students with 75% or more in Class 10 who study in Class 11-12, on top of the post-matric scholarship. AY 2026-27 applications are via MahaDBT 2.0.

Applicants in Class 11 and 12 receive Rs 300 a month for ten months (Rs 3,000 a year). The benefit can be taken in addition to the Post-Matric Scholarship and freeship. Renewal requires passing Class 11; an education gap is not allowed.
