Dream Scholarship for Outstanding High School Students' Overseas Study 2027

KOSAF scholarship for high-achieving 2nd- and 3rd-year high-school students from low-income families who want to go to a university abroad: monthly study allowance in high school, then up to USD 70,000 a year at a top overseas university.

The Dream Scholarship (드림장학금) selects up to 30 students a year (no more than 3 per high school). Selected students first receive a monthly study allowance while preparing for overseas admission, and become overseas scholars once admitted to a university within the world top 400 (or top 50 by subject, top 50 US national universities, or top 20 liberal arts colleges in the country).
