A national leadership programme of the Directorate of SMK (Kemendikdasmen) that coaches and recognises SMK students as peer role models and change agents, with online training, semifinal and a fully funded 5-day national bootcamp for the best.
Kawan SMK ('Bergerak Bersama dan Berubah Bersama') builds peer-to-peer character development around five values: Kompeten, Aktif, Wawasan, Amanah, Nasionalis. Selected students get an official title, certificate and digital badge from the Directorate of SMK, intensive mentoring from inspiring figures and industry practitioners, a cross-province network, and a stage to realise their change ideas.
