Gyeongsang National University's KOFAC-funded science gifted centre in Jinju recruits Gyeongnam students for its 2027 enrichment (심화) and mentored research (사사) courses in maths, science and IT; the general and social-integration application on GED runs from 2 to 9 November 2026.
The centre runs elementary and middle-school enrichment courses and team research courses in which students and a professor complete a paper-style project. 2027 places: middle-school enrichment 40 (maths 10, science 20, IT 10) and middle-school research 20 (maths, physics, chemistry, biology, IT, 4 each), alongside elementary courses. Selection is by documents (recommendation and self-introduction) and then an essay and interview based on open-ended problem solving.
