There are two categories: Original Vehicle (teams build the whole vehicle and software) and Ready Vehicle (teams run their software on provided platforms). Teams go through a Technical Qualification Form, a Critical Design Report and a test video/simulation stage; high-school teams compete in the same category as university teams.
