Interns own a scoped engineering problem with support from a manager, mentor and teammates. They write, test and document production code, join code/design reviews, collaborate across teams and report progress and risks. This is a selective work placement alongside collegiate interns; it requires evidence of substantial existing technical achievement and careful validation of AI-assisted work. Future employment is not guaranteed.
