A week-long American Legion civics and leadership program in which Oklahoma high-school juniors run a mock state government — campaigning, holding elections, writing bills and running cities and counties.
Delegates are assigned to cities and political parties, run for city, county and state offices, and work through legislative, executive and judicial roles with talks from state leaders. Two delegates are chosen to represent Oklahoma at Boys Nation in Washington, DC.
