A yearly national contest for young Uzbek citizens aged 16-25 with innovation, startup or invention projects. Entrants register online, take an IQ test and then present their projects in district, regional and national stages.
The contest has been held every year since 2022 under Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 30 of 18 January 2022 to find and support young people who are talented in science and innovation. Any field is allowed, for example IT, agriculture, engineering or medicine. Five winners are chosen in each district or city, 20 in each region, Tashkent city and Karakalpakstan, and 280 finalists compete in the national stage, where 100 are named winners. In 2026, 48,566 young people from 208 districts and cities applied.
