Need-based scholarship from the National Education Foundation (MEV) for associate and bachelor's students, including students who have just won a university place.
Millî Eğitim Vakfı awards associate and bachelor's scholarships, within a quota set each year, to successful students in financial need. New entrants submit their ÖSYM result document with placement rank and score; upper-year students submit their transcript. Scholars accept a moral commitment to support another student later in life.
