A one-year, paid program at the Royal Military College of Canada in Kingston for First Nations, Metis and Inuit high school graduates, with free tuition and books and no long-term commitment.
Participants are enrolled at RMC for one academic year as officer cadets, paid at their rank, with sports, field trips, leadership development, military training, cultural support and individual learning plans for pre-university and first-year university courses. At the end they may apply to continue in a degree program or to join as non-commissioned members, or leave without obligation.
