The 2027 theme is “Mr. Speaker, I Rise To…”. Students produce a 5–6 minute documentary explaining an issue, different viewpoints and possible solutions, using relevant C-SPAN footage. Enter alone or with up to two partners; submit one entry per student. Winners are announced Mar 17, 2027.
