A free after-school programme that trains selected upper-grade pupils in IT and English to prepare them for modern IT jobs. It started in Khorezm and is expanding across Uzbekistan; admission is currently closed.
The programme teaches pupils with strong interest and ability in digital technologies outside school hours, following a school – university – IT company chain. Lessons are built around the needs of regional IT companies and cover programming, English, teamwork, project work, pitching ideas, and critical and logical thinking; graduates receive a certificate. Digital learning centres and modern classrooms are set up and equipped for the programme. The site reports 3,076 pupils and 150 mentors; in Karakalpakstan alone 980 pupils from 7 districts studied IT and foreign languages free of charge in 2026, and some presented their own startup projects.
