USW Summer School 2027 (University of South Wales)

A free five-day daytime summer school at the University of South Wales for Year 12 students from groups under-represented in higher education, with themed pathways across business, creative, crime and justice, health, education and engineering.

Participants choose a themed pathway (in 2026: Business and Law, Creative, Crime and Justice, Health, Education, Engineering) and build a timetable of interactive academic sessions, well-being workshops, and advice on UCAS applications, personal statements and interviews. The programme is co-funded by Reaching Wider South East Wales and includes the chance to meet current USW students.
