The Sindh Talent Hunt Program (STHP) of Sukkur IBA University and the Government of Sindh selects 200 Intermediate graduates for a funded foundation semester and the top 100 for four-year undergraduate scholarships. The 2027 cycle has closed; the next cycle is not yet announced.
In STHP 2027 the university selected 200 students on a merit-cum-need basis for a foundation semester teaching English, Mathematics and ICT, with a 100% tuition waiver, free books and manuals and Rs. 5,500 per month for living cost plus a Rs. 4,000 monthly stipend (no hostel). The top 100 with at least a 2.2 GPA were offered an STHP scholarship at the main campus: 100% admission and tuition fee waiver for four years (eight semesters, subject to 2.2 CGPA) and a Rs. 5,000 monthly stipend. Degree options included BBA, BS Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, Accounting and Finance, Economics, Mathematics, BE Electrical and Computer Systems Engineering, Media and Communication, Physical Education and B.Ed.
