Films can be up to 30 minutes including titles and credits, at 1920 x 1080 progressive resolution; non-English films need English subtitles. Work must be original and predominantly human-led, and any AI use must be declared; fully AI-generated films are not eligible. The festival also includes cinema screenings and talks.
