Youth Start Scholarship 2027 (Seoul university freshmen)

3 million won for first-year students at Seoul universities and colleges who come from basic livelihood or near-poverty households or have lived in a welfare facility, applied for in the first semester of university.

Run by the Seoul Future Foundation with an employee fund from Doosan Corp. and the Babo-ui Nanum foundation, the scholarship supports new university students starting out. In 2026 it supported 40 students (20 new, 20 continuing) with a 100 million won budget.
