Science Without Borders Challenge 2027 — Navigate With Care

The Khaled bin Sultan Living Oceans Foundation’s 2027 theme is Navigate With Care. Submit one original two-dimensional drawing or painting connecting a specific safe navigation practice to marine conservation. All work must be made by the individual student using physical media; digital art, photographs as art, AI-generated/enhanced work, copied characters/ideas, magazine/newspaper collage and work entered in another contest or prior Science Without Borders cycle are not eligible. Submit two progress photographs showing both your face and unfinished work at early/later stages; they verify authorship and are not published or judged. The final scan/photo is judged for theme, art elements, creativity, craftsmanship and impact. Semi-finalists must mail the original artwork to remain eligible to win; originals are not returned. Artwork, descriptions and selected student details may be used worldwide perpetually for education, conservation and promotion, subject to the stated parental COPPA choices.
