Singapore's non-competitive self-development and leadership award for young people aged 13 to 30, with Bronze, Silver and Gold levels built from voluntary leisure-time activities and community leadership.
Participants typically spend one to two hours a week on their activities. Gold participants have an interview with the NYAA Council. Under MOE's LEAPS 2.0 framework, Bronze counts as Level 2 and Silver/Gold as Level 3 in the Leadership component. Certificates can be timed for DSA and EAE applications if you allow processing time.
