This entry covers Activation and the online Innovation Stage. Teams develop a Lean Canvas, innovation brief, model, 3–5 minute video and website in one of five STEM challenge areas. Judges provide feedback and select Conrad Innovators and finalists. Finalists may advance to the separately priced Apr 21–24, 2027 Summit in Houston; that physical stage is outside this online-stage listing.
