Build an app on any topic and submit it to your U.S. House member’s district competition; district winners are featured on House.gov.
A district-level coding competition hosted by individual members of the U.S. House. Any language, platform and topic is allowed, from web and mobile apps to robots and AR/VR. Apps are judged by the member’s office or its panel on idea quality, implementation and coding skill. Only districts whose member signed up host a challenge; check the participating-districts list (for example, MS-04 was not marked as participating when checked on October 22, 2026).
