Higher Education Department, Government of the Punjab (Honhaar Scholarship Programme)
The Punjab Higher Education Department's Honhaar programme gives tuition scholarships to deserving students of public-sector universities and colleges. Applications for the Fall 2026 undergraduate intake are open until 9 November 2026, and fresh Fall 2026 entrants apply on their Matric and Intermediate marks.
National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) - Financial Aid Office
NUST offers need-based scholarships and interest-free loans to students admitted on merit through the NUST Entry Test who cannot afford the fees. Candidates apply for aid with the Need Based Financial Aid Application Form (NFAAF) at the time of admission application.
Bahria University gives a 100% first-semester fee waiver to the top three toppers of every BISE and lists advance merit scholarships for admission-list toppers and A-Level high performers. Spring 2027 admissions at the Islamabad campuses are open until 17 December 2026.
LUMUN Society, Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS)
A four-day Model UN conference at LUMS, Lahore, on 4 to 7 January 2027. School students can join as junior delegations (O Level, Matric) or regular delegations (A Level/FSc), or register alone as private delegates.
National University of Technology (NUTECH), Islamabad
Fee waivers for first-semester tuition at NUTECH, Islamabad: 100% for board first-position holders in HSSC and for the top NUET scorer of each batch, and 75% and 50% for the second and third scorers at or above the 90th percentile. Registration for the first NUTECH Entry Test is open until 29 December 2026.
Institute of Business Administration (IBA) Karachi - Office of Financial Assistance
IBA Karachi's need-based financial assistance gives bridge financing and links admitted undergraduates with donor or Zakat-funded scholarships; about 43% of IBA students received aid in 2025-26.

IBA Karachi's NTHP selects financially deserving, high-scoring Matric students now in Class 11 for a free three-week orientation that prepares them for the IBA Aptitude Test for Fall 2028 admission, with a limited number of NTHP scholarships for those who qualify.
